Full Service Equine Medicine
We offer a wide array of mobile services for your hoofed companions including preventive care, internal medicine, acupuncture, lameness services, emergency visits, and reproductive health. Let us know how we can help with your equine needs!
Routine Small Animal Care
We offer routine vaccinations and checkups for dogs and cats without the hassle of having to transport them to a veterinary office. This is especially helpful for pets that are either too old to travel comfortably or those who get anxious at a veterinary office.
At-Home Euthanasia
Deciding when it is time to say goodbye to your faithful companion is the one of the hardest parts of being a pet owner. We offer at-home euthanasia services to take some of the stress out of this final act of kindness and help your pet leave this world with dignity.

What our clients say
Dr. Emily's affection for pets of all breeds flourishes with dedication and compassion. As someone who considers Dr. Emily one of the BEST co-workers ever, I can affirm that you will definitely love working with her. Most times, it's hard to tell if the pets love her more than the pet-owners do... and vice versa 🙂

May 6, 2017Dr Emily was the best during a very difficult situation. We had to say goodbye to our 15 year old lab. Dr Emily explained the entire process and was so compassionate. She gave us all the time in the world and made us feel we were the only people she had to be with. Thank you dr Emily for making a difficult time a bit easier.

January 10, 2020Dr. Emily is amazing! She came out next day (could have been same day but didn’t work out for us timing wise, we wanted one more night with him) to euthanize our sweet Diesel who was done fighting his fight with cancer. She was so sweet and compassionate. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience considering the circumstances. She was soft spoken, kind, and so loving with my little guy in his final moments. We definitely recommend her services! ❤️

March 11, 2019Dr McNally (Emily) is amazing!! She is so gentle with our dogs and takes her time with them. I cannot say enough good things about her. We just moved to Spotsylvania last August and recently just met her to do acupuncture on two of our dogs but she has given us great advice and her expertise on other things. My husband, the dogs and I feel like she is part of our family already!! Great vet and kind soul all in one!!!

April 6, 2019Dr. McNally is awesome! I used her for my old horse, she did an in home euthanasia for us last year for our cat and came out today to take care of one of my dogs that needed an exam and medication. She always is kind, informative and genuine in her love for animals of all kinds.

March 17, 2018Dr Emily is wonderful!!! One of my pets has a rare condition and she was able to give me more answers and options than I have received over the past year. She took so much time and care with him. She is so compassionate and loves what she does. Thank you for offering this convenient and affordable service and for caring as much as you do.

August 19, 2017Dr. Emily Mcnally is by far the best doctor I have ever come across. She has such a calming presence. She is very caring, it comes natural to her. Words really can't explain her compassion and love for animals and the humans in their time of need. When you meet her for the first time it feels as if you have known her all your life. I'm very blessed that she was the one who helped me, my husband and son in our time of heartache. Thank you just isn't enough. ďż˝

September 1, 2018Dr. Emily was amazing. She got here and was very sympathetic to our situation. She took time and showed 100% love and respect to Libby the dog and our whole family. She also booked us quickly due to the urgency of the situation. Much appreciated that you were so great in our trying time.❤️

October 11, 2018Dr. Emily is the most talented, ethical, and thoughtful vet that I know. She has phenomenal equine expertise, which she has demonstrated time and time again. Dr. Emily always gives me professional and thoughtful advice about the medical care of the horses at my boarding facility, and she recently helped me navigate the PPE and x-ray review process of buying a high-level sport horse. I don’t know what I would have done without her. Dr. Emily’s impressive resume and experience speak for themselves, but on top of that, she is an amazing person who truly cares about every animal she meets.
